# Lab

> The Lab is the part of the portfolio that is not in production yet. Every entry carries an honest status — In progress, Prototype or Concept — and the statuses have written definitions, not a marketing feeling.

## What does “Lab” mean here?

The Lab is the part of the Leisson Creative portfolio that is not in production yet. These things are genuinely being built, but they have no live address you could open and check. The brand rule is simple: if it is not deployed, we say “in development”, not “coming soon”. The Work page is the opposite case — it holds only what you can open or what has evidence attached.

## What is the difference between Live, In progress, Prototype and Concept?

A status is not a label applied by feel. Every row in the portfolio carries the source of its evidence and a separate gate checks it (source: `content/portfell.csv` and `tests/portfell.mjs`).

## How does something move from the Lab to Work?

1. **There is evidence.** A live address that responds, or a measured result with a source.
2. **Screenshots refresh themselves.** The capture pipeline runs in CI and stamps the date; images older than 30 days raise a warning.
3. **The case study exists in both languages.** Problem, system, decisions, metrics, stack — Estonian and English in one file, with matching structure.
4. **The gates are green.** Numbers link to sources, the language has been edited, the layout survives at phone width (source: `tests/gates.mjs`, measured at 390 px).

Only then does the entry move to Work. Until then it lives here, with an honest label.

## What is in development right now?

**Maris** is a domain-neutral assistant kernel in TypeScript. The WhatsApp product runs and handles text, voice (speech to text and text to speech), images and PDFs; the Meta app is still private, so there is no public link. The iOS app is in progress in a separate repository.

**Swarm24** is a 24-hour autonomous engineering swarm: Claude Code and Codex CLI orchestrated on Windows, with token telemetry, live config and a dashboard. It is not a product to sell — it is the methodology evidence behind the claim “weeks, not quarters”, and it runs daily on the AgroNutikas repositories.

**LEISSON-AI / LEISSON-BIZ** is an autonomous business blueprint together with the Integrity Audit Engine starter. This is a research question, not a delivery date.

**BizRegMap** turns Estonian business registry data into analytics for a B2B and investor view.

**KPT-UnderGround (DJ tool)** synchronises and cleans a DJ library across Serato, Rekordbox and Traktor.

## Why not say “coming soon”?

Because “coming soon” cannot be checked. If the studio argument is that every number links to a source and every screenshot refreshes with the release, then the portfolio status cannot be the one place where more is promised than exists. The Lab is what that honesty costs: here are the unfinished things, and they look like unfinished things.
