## Who is it for?

A small business that needs the whole picture: a clear overview of several services, supporting information and a contact route.

There is no website, or the existing one no longer matches the services. A new website is not needed if only one journey has to be fixed.

### When does it not fit?

- Only one service page or form on the existing site needs fixing – Enquiry journey repair (https://www.leisson.eu/en/services/inquiry-repair)
- You need e-commerce, user accounts, complex booking or more pages and languages – these need a separate scope agreement.

## Scope and terms

- Price: 1,190 €. All amounts are in euros and are final prices. LEISSON OÜ is not registered for VAT; no VAT is added.
- What you get: Up to four content pages, one language and form, copy based on facts you approve, mobile layout and SEO foundations.
- Not included in the package: e-commerce and user accounts; complex booking flows; paid licences and hosting
- Delivery time: 10–15 business days. Delivery starts once scope, inputs, access and the deposit are confirmed. We agree the start date in writing. A requested deadline is a wish: we confirm the start date and delivery time in writing.
- Payment schedule: 50% in advance, balance before final handover
- Revision round: One consolidated revision round
- What we need from you: The list and descriptions of services, approved business facts, contact details, existing images and logo and, for an existing site, access.

## Handover, management and separate costs

### Who owns the domain, hosting and code?

The domain, hosting and code repository are in your name and on your accounts. We get access for the duration of the work and hand it back after delivery.

### Which costs come on top of the package price?

Third-party costs such as the domain, hosting and any paid licences are paid by you directly to the provider. We list the required costs and their amounts in the proposal; they are not in the package price.

### Who changes the content after handover?

How you change content after handover is agreed in the proposal. The package price does not include a content management system (CMS).

### What do I receive at handover?

All access credentials, a short written guide (how to make a simple content change and whom to contact if something breaks), a check of the agreed journey on mobile and desktop, and a list of the required costs.

### Is there maintenance after handover?

After the first completed website delivery you can optionally order Website care (79 €/month): form and main-link checks plus up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month. Maintenance is optional. It is not a backup, security maintenance or response-time guarantee. Ongoing support for systems and products is a separate service, Ownership support (from 1,000 €/month).
