## What does this list contain?

This is the Leisson Creative work list: seven case studies covering agricultural compliance and data, UX audit SaaS, assistant products, real-time systems, an e-commerce prototype and workshop logic. The list is complete rather than a selected highlight reel — what is a prototype or a concept appears here with the label it actually has.

## What is inside each case study?

1. **The problem** in the words of the client or the domain, not in the words of the technology.
2. **The system** — what was actually built and what parts it consists of.
3. **The decisions**, with their trade-offs: what was chosen, what was not, and why.
4. **Metrics** where every number carries a source — a link, a repository or a public page.
5. **Stack and period**, so the reader can see when it was done and with what.
6. **Product screens** where they exist: real screenshots with a date and a source.

## How can you verify the evidence yourself?

| Evidence | Where to check it | What it proves |
|---|---|---|
| Live address | open the link in the case study header | the product works now, not once did |
| Screenshot date | the caption under the image | the image is fresh, not a year-old marketing view |
| Metric source | the link next to the metric | the number comes from the system, not from the copy |
| Status | the status table on the Lab page | the labels are defined rather than applied by feel |
| Machine-readable view | append `.md` to the address | the same content as plain text, without the marketing layer |

## Why is there no external link in some cases?

Because a link has to work. When a product's public address is down, or the product is private — for example a WhatsApp product whose Meta app is not public yet — the case study sits here without an external link and the status says so directly. A broken link in a portfolio is worse than a missing one.

## How does this work become your own project?

Start with the case study closest to your situation and read its decisions section. If the same pattern fits, write and name that case study in your message — then the conversation starts at scope and deadline rather than at an introduction.

## AgroNutikas — field record, evidence and compliance risk in one workflow

A digital field record for Estonian farmers that checks 36 rules in real time, works offline and reaches the tractor driver through WhatsApp.

- Status: Live · pilot
- Period: 2025–2026
- Stack: Next.js, Vercel, Railway, Neon, Meta Cloud API, Design System V8.1

## ProUXAudit — find UX friction before your users do

A public website audit product for collecting observations and priorities. We verify important findings in the browser before implementation.

- Status: Live · public audit
- Period: 2026
- Stack: Next.js, Vercel, Neon Postgres, Stripe, Puppeteer

## Maris — a domain-neutral assistant kernel that carries two products

A kernel extracted from Mati (@leisson-labs/*) that runs a WhatsApp assistant with text, voice, images and documents; the same kernel will carry the iOS app and Operations OS.

- Status: Running · WhatsApp · iOS lab
- Period: 2026-08 →
- Stack: TypeScript, @leisson-labs/*, Railway, Meta Cloud API, OpenAI, iOS

## Swarm24 — a round-the-clock autonomous engineering swarm

A swarm of Claude Code and Codex CLI agents working on the AgroNutikas repos 24 hours at a time: token telemetry, cost attribution, quota circuit breakers and settings that change without a restart.

- Status: Running · daily
- Period: 2026-07 →
- Stack: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Windows, Node, GitHub

## AxonDeck — DJ sync and visualisation that stays phase-locked

A sync platform for professional DJ setups: Pro DJ Link, MIDI Clock/MTC, Ableton Link, OSC and Art-Net DMX in one core, a WebGL visualiser and a booth-grade UI in two technologies.

- Status: Built · site offline for now
- Period: 2025–2026
- Stack: C#/.NET, React 19, Tailwind, Zustand, WPF/XAML, WebGL

- Status: Prototype
- Period: 2026-03
- Stack: React, SVG, Web Audio, Vercel

## GarageOS — garage operations on a deterministic scheduler kernel

Not a calendar but a machine: a 12-stage deterministic tick, delay propagation across the whole board and a 32-fixture conformance suite that proves every scheduling decision by replay.

- Status: Concept
- Period: 2025–2026
- Stack: Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, PostgreSQL, Three.js
