Digital field book and decision support for Estonian agriculture: field parcels from PRIA over X-Road, a 36-rule compliance engine (incl. organic rules), the WhatsApp assistant "Mati" from voice notes to entries, and a separate accounting app (raamat.agronutikas.ee) with a strict production release gate. Business intelligence and registry analytics venture centred on structured company data, insight generation and decision support; automation-first analysis tools. Status: lab.

Business process improvement and workflow development inside an established automotive service environment (Laagri branch): direct exposure to workshop operations, efficiency constraints and service-process discipline.

2020 – 2025 · Founder – DUNO OÜ / Hobijõud Autostuudio

An automotive business built around technical execution, performance expertise, dyno testing and engine-management tuning. Worked across customer delivery, operations, technical problem solving and business development; first-hand understanding of workshop workflows, bottlenecks and execution under pressure – the origin of the GarageOS concept.

2016 – 2024 · Founder & official distributor – MaxxECU Baltics

Built the Baltic market presence for MaxxECU as an official distributor in a specialist performance-technology niche: market development, customer relationships, technical positioning and commercial growth. Engine-management tuning on the dyno for drift and drag cars.

2014 – 2020 · Founder – LAIFORMAAT OÜ (laiformaat.ee)

Wide-format digital print, design and adhesive-advertising company in Tallinn (reg 12638765): vehicle wraps and car decals, posters, banners, floor decals, prepress and graphic design; sales and ordering site laiformaat.ee. Production, customer relationships and full-cycle delivery. Wound down in 2020.

2009 – 2013 · Procurement project manager, print – Police and Border Guard Board

Four years managing the Board's print procurements (leaflets, forms, core-domain publications): briefs, tender procedure, coordination of design and print production, delivery acceptance.
